The Pineapple Projects began with a simple belief: that empty homes can become places of dignity, stability, and hope. What started in a living room has grown into a community-powered nonprofit serving more than 70 families this year alone —neighbors overcoming homelessness, housing instability, and hardship across Pinellas County. As we head into our sixth year, we are pausing not just to celebrate growth, but to strengthen the foundation that makes this work possible.

This year’s Brunch & Bloom is about being rooted in community. Like strong roots beneath a flourishing garden, our volunteers, donors, partners, and supporters are what sustain us season after season. Because of this community, nearly 700 individuals—including hundreds of children—now have beds to sleep in, tables to gather around, and homes that feel safe and livable. Together, we are moving from grassroots response to a steady, reliable presence our neighbors can count on for years to come.
